Payment
FIRMA Ingemarsson accept payment by Dankort, VISA , MasterCard, American Express and JCB, via PayPal . Payment will be debited to your account once it is shipped.
FIRMA Ingemarsson encrypts all information with the SSL ( Secure Socket Layer) protocol . This means that unauthorized persons can’t read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Delivery
FIRMA Ingemarsson strive to dispatch orders received before 12.00 the same day. Orders received after 12.00 will be sent the next day.
FIRMA Ingemarsson ensure delivery by Post Denmark (unless otherwise stated) to the beneficiary on the date requested in the order. Timely delivery requires however that Post Denmark does the day -to-day delivery. If there are delays at Post Denmark this will delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Post Danmark's estimate of quality of supply is at least 97% of letter packages and at least 99 % of the parcel. Note, however, that these percentages are average and can cover large local and temporary variations. FIRMA Ingemarsson can’t be held responsible for delays in Post Denmark . In case of very late (several days) delayed supplies, FIRMA Ingemarsson of course will forward a new delivery free of charge.
Warranty
FIRMA Ingemarsson provide 2 years warranty under the Sale of Goods Act covers manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use . The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects that should be detected by normal examination of the goods must be notified FIRMA Ingemarsson within a reasonable time . The product can be returned for repair, replacement or by appointment if necessary credited your account.

Goods return also takes place at this address - please note that we do not receive packages sent COD. Returns can also be done by refusing to receive or deliver the goods personally with us. It is not a requirement but the expedition will be enhanced if adequate information resulting package – eg. copy of the order confirmation, registration and account number of the bank account to which reimbursement may be send, copies of any previous correspondence etc.
Reimbursement
In the case of agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid items that are canceled before shipment, will be reimbursed in full or partial refund of the purchase price. Repayment is usually always by bank transfer and FIRMA Ingemarsson therefore need information on registration and account number for your bank account . This information is not sensitive and can easily be informed by E-mail or other traditional forms of correspondence.
Returns
There is a 14 day return policy on goods, from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. When goods are received and approved, the purchase price is refunded to your account within a few days, except the shipping cost. You must bear the cost for the return as you can decide what suits you the better.
